• All custom cake orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Short-notice orders may be accommodated depending on availability, but may incur a rush fee.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Your booking is not secure until this payment has been received.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash by arrangement. ASB 12-3162-0156618-00

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances due to time spent on planning, design, and supplies.

• If for any reason Calamity Cakes must cancel your order (e.g., illness or emergency), you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

3. Design and Changes

• Every effort is made to match your requested design. However, minor variations may occur due to artistic interpretation or material availability.

• Any design changes must be requested no later than 10 days before the event. Changes made after this may not be accommodated or may incur an additional charge.

• Calamity Cakes reserves the right to adjust the final design for stability, food safety, or delivery reasons.
