Rich, moist and deeply chocolatey - our signature chocolate cake is perfect for any occasion, it’s available gluten free, dairy free and egg free on request. A personal favourite is to pair this with raspberries and vanilla buttercream but goes equally well with rich chocolate or caramel buttercream

A timeless favourite with pure vanilla bean flavour. Light, elegant and versatile - this cake suits every celebration and is available gluten free, dairy free and egg free on request. This cake pairs well with classic fillings like raspberry jam, lemon curd with vanilla buttercream or even a rich chocolate ganache.

Carrot - gf & df available.

A spiced and wholesome cake made with freshly grated carrots and just the right touch of cinnamon and a few other secret ingredients. Deliciously moist and satisfying. Gluten free and dairy free available on request. If you love walnuts in your carrot cake, just let me know and I’ll add them in for extra texture and flavour.

Lemon

Light, fluffy and bursting with citrusy zing - this lemon cake is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. A refreshing choice that’s ideal for any celebration on its own or elevated with extra fillings like lemon curd or raspberry jam.

• Banana

Made from a traditional family recipe, this banana cake is soft and naturally sweet with real bananas. This cake is perfect with either cream cheese flavoured buttercream or chocolate buttercream.

• Ginger

Spicy and a little nostalgic, made from a family recipe. This ginger cake is rich with spice, beautifully moist and full of old fashioned comfort.

• Red Velvet

A velvety soft cake with a hint of cocoa and that signature red hue. Paired perfectly with cream cheese style frosting for a luxurious finish.

• Sticky Date

Rich and indulgent with sweet dates and caramel undertone, perfect as a dessert cake with caramel and vanilla buttercream

• Caramel

Soft, buttery and infused with rich caramel flavour - this cake is smooth, sweet and irresistibly indulgent. A luxurious choice that pairs beautifully with salted caramel filling and vanilla buttercream.

• White Chocolate

Creamy and sweet with a melt in the mouth texture - our white chocolate cake is a twist on the classic vanilla base. Raspberries can be added for that extra wow!

• Matcha

Earthy, subtly sweet, and beautifully green, this matcha cake is perfect for those who love unique, refined flavours with a modern edge. Match(a) it perfectly with vanilla buttercream or for an extra matcha flavour, matcha buttercream.

Please talk to me about any dietary requirements I can usually cater for these. Please note that I bake with gluten, egg, dairy and sometimes nuts in the kitchen. I cannot guarantee that there won't be traces of allergens as they are present in the kitchen. I kindly advise if you have a severe allergy you do not consume the cake.

Fillings

Buttercream cakes are coated with Swiss meringue buttercream. Its super-creamy, silky, satiny texture is only beat by its buttery, rich, yet not-too-sweet taste. Made from pasteurised egg whites, sugar and butter.

Fondant cakes will be filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and then either be coated with chocolate ganache or Swiss meringue buttercream to suit your cake flavour and design.
